THE ENQUIRY DOESN’T HAVE TO END HERE

You can’t take every event.
You can still be helpful.

You’ve done the hard work of earning an enquiry. Workavelle gives you a simple way to pass it on thoughtfully, without moving your whole business into another system.

01 /

Choose your people.

Build your own circle from approved catering businesses. You decide who you’re comfortable introducing.

02 /

Ask the customer.

Create an event brief and share a private link. Your customer sees the proposed partners and decides whether to continue.

03 /

Make the introduction.

Matching partners confirm availability and send an offer. Your customer chooses; the planned paid workflow confirms the booking after a verified deposit.

BUILT AROUND TRUST

Good business.
Better together.

A network that respects the relationships you’ve already built.

Walk through a referral ↗
↗

Your circle, your choice.

Requests go only to the trusted partners you select. No open auction for customer details.

◎

Permission comes first.

The customer agrees to an introduction. Contact details are revealed to the selected caterer when they request a booking.

✓

People make the promises.

Caterers confirm capacity, price and terms. A match is an introduction; it is never an automatic booking.

⌁

Less admin. Clear responsibility.

Clear quotes, agreed schedules and a shared event record are at the centre of the planned service. Caterers remain responsible for availability and delivery.

A FEW GOOD QUESTIONS

Clear from
the start.

Is this a public lead marketplace?

No. A caterer chooses partners from their trusted circle for a specific enquiry. Only those partners see the request after the customer gives permission.

Who books and pays whom?

The planned paid service lets a customer choose a detailed quote and pay the agreed deposit through a payment provider. Workavelle deducts its agreed fee; the supplier provides the catering. Payment activation is still pending. We do not offer an escrow or insurance guarantee.

How will Workavelle make money?

The planned core income is a transparent fee on bookings that convert, with part funding the referring caterer’s reward. Repeat-booking discounts and optional automated tools are being designed around sustainable costs. Final prices will be agreed before launch.

What does an approved business mean?

A business has completed its profile and been admitted by a Workavelle administrator. This is not a guarantee of food safety, insurance or service quality. Customers and referring caterers should make their own checks.

Do I need to replace my booking system?

No. Workavelle handles introductions and their progress. The planned booking tools add comparable quotes and a shared event record. Your supplier contract and delivery responsibilities remain yours. Availability must still be checked before an offer is made.

Can I call Workavelle?

Workavelle uses written communication only. Contact us through the online form, email replies or workspace messages. We do not offer telephone calls, video meetings or callbacks, including for onboarding and support.

Can I try it before joining?

Yes. The interactive demo uses fictional businesses and events. It doesn’t send messages, create bookings or ask for customer details.
