Is Workavelle free?
Yes. Customer requests and caterer accounts and quotes are free during launch. No card is needed. Future pricing has not been decided and does not automatically apply to your account.
Who sees my enquiry?
Registered caterers who have joined the free service and match your request can see its non-contact brief. Up to three may quote. Only the caterer you choose receives the contact details you then supply.
How do I see replies?
Use your customer account or keep the private link shown after submitting. Caterers check their workspace. Optional email alerts follow account preferences; when emails are on hold, check the request page for replies.
Who takes payment?
Your chosen caterer handles their contract, deposit, balance, cancellations and refunds directly. Workavelle collects no catering payments and offers no escrow or payment-protection guarantee.
Are replies and bookings guaranteed?
No. We are building our network. A suitable caterer may not be available. A quote or introduction is not a confirmed booking; check all details and agree the supplier’s terms directly.
Are businesses independently verified?
No. Account email ownership is confirmed, but identity, insurance and food-safety documents are not independently checked for this free service. Ask your chosen caterer for the evidence you need before agreeing a booking.
