GOOD FOOD / YOUR WAY
Wedding catering.
From the first welcome to the last evening bite, build a catering brief around the celebration you want to host.
A good place to start for
A wedding day with a clear timetable, an agreed guest count and a venue your caterer can work with.
Make the brief
work for your event.
Start with the parts of the day that need food: reception, main meal, children’s meals and any evening service. Give suppliers the same outline so you can compare scope as well as price. A quote is a starting point; your chosen caterer confirms the final arrangements.
Before you request quotes
- Reception, meal and evening food times, with separate guest counts
- Venue access, kitchen facilities and furniture or equipment hire
- Staffing, table service, clearing and the finishing time
- Supplier identity, written contract, payment schedule and cancellation terms
When does a catering quote become a confirmed booking?
An introduction or quote on Workavelle is not a booking. Agree the service and supplier contract directly, and check the supplier’s confirmation and payment requirements before treating it as booked.
