A FEW USEFUL DETAILS

Do I need to join Workavelle?
Yes. Use your free caterer account to keep your pack private and return to your purchases. The marketing pack is optional and separate from free catering enquiries.
Can I use my own logo and photos?
Yes. Add one to three JPG or PNG photos and an optional JPG or PNG logo that you have permission to use. The studio prepares your uploads in your browser before sending them. Your own photos appear in the finished pack.
Can I check everything before paying?
Yes. Review the watermarked previews and your captions before checkout. A purchase covers the exact set you approve. To change a saved design, make a fresh preview before paying. Bespoke redesigns and ongoing revisions are not included.
How long can I download my files?
Your paid files are available in your account for 365 days after purchase. Save copies to your own device. Draft previews are kept for 30 days.
Will you post or email these for me?
You download and publish the files yourself. This pack does not include email campaigns, social account access, scheduled posting or advertising. Sales and enquiries are not guaranteed.
What if something goes wrong?
Use our written contact form and include your pack reference. We can help with access or a faulty file. Read the pack terms before checkout; your statutory rights remain unaffected.
